Sarah oversaw the strategic marketing, sales and development on behalf of the vendors for 220 residential land site- "The Delta" on the lakefront of Te Anau, Southland. During her time she have achieved 533% growth in sales volume and increased the sales revenue per annum by 453% along with lifting sales prices by an average of 25%
