Sarah brings a proven track record in fulfilling vision through strong commercial, strategic marketing and business expertise. For 25 years Sarah has worked passionately in the Queenstown Lakes gaining a solid understanding of planning, RMA’s, OIA, Governance and managing private infrastructure. Negotiating with both landowners and potential investors and developers comes naturally to Sarah with expert stakeholder engagement skills and experience. Navigating her way through economic and political challenges, whilst bringing distressed assets back to life post GFC, adds to her diverse portfolio of work.
